    What services do you offer?

    PH Property Services provides a broad range of property and exterior services, including property maintenance, handyman services, lawn care, seasonal services, and home safety & preventive maintenance. Our focus is on practical, non-licensed services that help keep homes clean, safe, and well maintained.

    What areas do you serve?

    We proudly serve Stem, Creedmoor, Butner, Oxford, Hillsborough, North Durham, and surrounding areas in North Carolina. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just reach out.

    Are you licensed and insured?

    PH Property Services operates under PH Insulation & Property Services LLC and is fully insured for the services we provide. We do not perform licensed trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or active tree felling.

    Do you offer free estimates?

    Yes. We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all services. You can request an estimate through our contact form or by email.

    Lawn Care & Seasonal Services

    Do you offer recurring lawn care?

    Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and one-time lawn care services, depending on your needs and the season.

    Do you apply fertilizers or pesticides?

    No. We do not apply chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides. Our lawn care focuses on mowing, trimming, cleanup, and general maintenance.

    Do you handle storm cleanup?

    Yes. We provide storm and weather-related cleanup services, including removal of fallen branches, debris, and general property cleanup.

    We do not perform active tree felling or arborist services.

    Property Maintenance & Home Safety

    What does “preventive maintenance” mean?
    Preventive maintenance includes routine checks and simple upkeep tasks designed to help prevent small issues from becoming larger, more expensive problems. This may include safety checks, basic replacements, and general property upkeep.
    Do you replace smoke detectors and filters?

    Yes. We assist with smoke detector checks and replacement, as well as air and HVAC filter replacement, using customer-provided or supplied materials when requested.

    Do you work on rental properties?
    Absolutely. Many of our services are ideal for landlords, property managers, and rental properties, including turnover support, ongoing maintenance, and seasonal preparation.

    Scheduling & Pricing

    How quickly can services be scheduled?

    Scheduling depends on service type and season, but we always aim for fast response times. In many cases, service can be scheduled within a few days.

    How is pricing determined?

    Pricing is based on the type of service, property size, and scope of work. We provide clear estimates upfront so there are no surprises.

    Do I need to be home during the service?

    Not always. For many exterior and maintenance services, you do not need to be present, as long as we have clear access and instructions.
