About PH Insulation & Property Services LLC
Quality craftsmanship & reliable service you can trust.
My name is Pascal Haneklaus...
... founder of PH Insulation & Property Services LLC, operating publicly under the brand name PH Property Services.
I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience in insulation, property maintenance, home services, and outdoor care — combined with a strong work ethic shaped by German craftsmanship and attention to detail.
After building and operating successful service businesses in Germany, I relocated to North Carolina with the goal of offering homeowners the same reliable, high-quality service standards I have followed throughout my career.
From Germany to North Carolina
Growing up and working in Germany means learning a trade the right way — with precision, responsibility, and pride in the work. Over the past two decades, I have worked in construction-related fields including insulation systems, property maintenance, home services, and outdoor care.
That background strongly influences how I approach every project today:
clear communication, careful execution, and results that last.
PH Insulation & Property Services LLC was founded to bring this mindset to homeowners and property owners in North Carolina who value dependable service and honest workmanship.
Experience That Makes a Difference
Our long-term vision is to bring this specialized experience to homeowners across North Carolina through professional insulation, air sealing, and energy-efficiency services. We are currently focused on property maintenance, handyman, and home improvement services while working toward obtaining the appropriate North Carolina insulation contractor licensing required to expand our insulation services.
Our goal is simple: one trusted company for maintaining, improving, and ultimately improving the energy performance of your home.
